Lori Davis's new novel about facing the toughest tests life can throw at a person is Titled: Second Wind. It is a historical/romance novel that begins in the depths of the hell called Andersonville prison. Andersonville was only the most vile of Confederates prison camps during the Civil War. One that took the lives of over 13,000 men in the short time it was open. Pike Wheeling must not only face that challenge--how to survive the most insurmountable circumstnaces, ones he was not prepared for, only to find his true-love married to his brother upon arriving home. Now, how will he make it over this and the many, many more mountains he must face on his way to finding what will fulfill his soul? Having a special needs daughter and posessing a love for horses, I began searching for a horse we could show, that would be safe for my unsteady daughter to be around. We found that in the minis. As sweet as they are, we quickly found our way into the showring with the smaller minis. Now, several years later, we have quite a cross-section of minis and shetlands.

We have several high percentage Arenosa mares. We also love the Rock "E" line of shetlands and have a double bred Rock "E" stallion and a filly from the stallion we used to own: B&L's Rock "E" Colonel Sunday.

In the rest of the mare band, we have bloodlines like Winks, Jet Set Go, Windwalker , Cross Country and Buckeroo. We will always have a few very nice foals available for sale and will have the first foals from Rhapsody's Aztec Gold this year in July and August. Look for Aztec in the showring this year, showing as a mini.

Feel free to contact us us anytime.
